As part of our carrier onboarding process, we define the specific needs of each carrier, so we can match their services with the needs of our Shippers. Carriers continue to experience more regulation, driver shortage and increasing costs. These ongoing challenges make it very difficult for our partners. We continue to find new ways to make the process of working with BTS easier through advances in technology.
