The vision for success was clear.  Recruit and retain the most energetic individuals that will provide Logistics Solutions to Shippers and Carriers across North America.  This culture has been the cornerstone for continued growth.

President Mark Halverson always says, “a long term strong relationship with our partner carriers is what we strive for.  Without them, we have no business model and nothing to sell”.  As part of our carrier onboarding process, we define the specific needs of each carrier, so we can match their services with the needs of our Shippers. Carriers continue to experience more regulation, driver shortage and increasing costs.  These ongoing challenges make it very difficult for our partners.  We continue to find new ways to make the process of working with BTS easier through advances in technology.
